Shipping policy

Please note: We do not ship on weekend or holidays. Shipping is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays with the shipping carrier. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of your order from the day it was placed. During the holidays and high traffic times, there may be a longer processing time. Regardless of shipping method selected.

We are not responsible of any order lost in transit nor are we responsible for damages that may have been caused while in transit. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier and provide them with the tracking number. Once shipped, if something is lost it becomes a matter between the carrier and customer. We can not replace your package because it was lost.
